Director, Multi-Site Engineering Process Excellence

Forgent Power in Minnesota seeks a Director of Engineering Process to own the end-to-end engineering workflow for switchgear and switchboard products, from quote and order entry through design, drawings, BOM release, and handoff to manufacturing. This leader will standardize methods across sites, drive continuous improvement with Lean and Six Sigma, ensure UL/NEC compliance, and partner with IT and operations to align ECAD/MCAD, PLM/PDM, and ERP.
