Finance Manager Join One of the Fastest-Growing Nissan Dealerships in Metro Atlanta Gwinnett Place Nissan is growing—and we’re looking for an experienced, driven Finance Manager ready to grow with us. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven automotive F&I professional who knows how to maximize every opportunity while delivering an honest, transparent, and first-class customer experience. If you are competitive, process-driven, and motivated by performance, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Manage the dealership’s customer loan origination and approval process. Build and maintain productive relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners. Evaluate customers’ financing needs and present payment options clearly and professionally. Present finance, insurance, protection, and other dealership products based on each customer’s needs. Secure lender approvals and structure transactions effectively. Ensure every transaction is finalized legally, ethically, and in full compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records and prepare monthly performance reports. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly finance, product penetration, and income targets. Create a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer. What We’re Looking For Minimum of one year of successful dealership F&I experience. Strong understanding of automotive lending, compliance, and product presentation. Proven ability to structure deals and work effectively with multiple lenders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. CDK experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
