Job Summary

Procare Property Services is seeking an experienced Lawn Mowing Crew Leader to lead a professional lawn maintenance crew. This position is responsible for operating commercial mowing equipment, ensuring properties are maintained to company standards, training crew members, and providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and has experience leading a landscaping crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a lawn mowing crew on residential and commercial properties. 
• Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment. 
• Ensure all properties are serviced according to company quality standards. 
• Train and supervise crew members. 
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. 
• Load, unload, and secure equipment and materials. 
• Complete daily route assignments efficiently and safely. 
• Communicate with customers professionally when needed. 
• Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, and equipment. 
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures. 
• Assist with landscape enhancement projects as needed. 

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of lawn maintenance experience. 
• Previous crew leadership experience preferred. 
• Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers required. 
• Valid driver's license required. 
• DOT Medical Card required (or ability to obtain one). 
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer preferred. 
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude. 
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. 
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
