Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Product Manager to join our team. As a product manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's digital platform. You will be responsible for driving the development, planning, and prioritizing of our digital products, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and the business.

Responsibilities:

• Management: Work directly with the Business and IT Department to facilitate the creation and implementation or products completed by the design team
• Manage a team of 6+ Junior-level UX/UI Designers, ensuring smooth deployment.
• Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear product strategy that aligns with our mission and user needs.
• User-Centric Design: Work closely with Product Designers to understand our community's needs, pain points, and desires to inform product development.
• Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to create a product roadmap, prioritize features, and set development milestones.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with our front-end and back-end engineers to ensure the timely and efficient execution of product development.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze user data, feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and enhancements.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the product is thoroughly tested, free of bugs, and meets our quality standards.
• Release Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage product releases, ensuring smooth deployment.
• Performance Metrics: Help define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of our digital products.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed of the progress, challenges, and achievements of product development.

Qualifications:

• UI/UX, Product Design, Visual Design, Creative with 5+ years of experience with a passion for brainstorming and problem-solving.
• Experience Specializing in improving and growing consumer-facing experiences is a plus.
• Experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager And Team Lead with a strong track record of managing digital products from concept to launch.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong organizational skills and systems thinking to create documentation and processes for the team to move projects forward.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Understanding of the conscious community and holistic wellness space is a plus.
