Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavior management strategies and support in PreK and Kindergarten classrooms
• Rotate between different classroom settings each quarter, ensuring broad impact across student groups
• Conduct in-person observations to produce actionable insights and recommendations
• Offer ongoing coaching and consultation for teachers and staff in behavior support techniques
• Maintain documentation and reporting in line with program requirements
• Collaborate flexibly; while most work is on-site (minimum 3 days per week), some remote work is possible depending on the needs of the role

Desired Qualifications:

• Active, current BCBA certification
• Experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged students, specifically in behavior management
• Strong skills in behavior observation, assessment, and intervention planning
• Ability to coach and collaborate effectively with educators and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to rotating, quarter-based schedules and adapting to the needs of different classrooms
• Reliable transportation for travel to various classroom sites as needed
• Successful completion of an in-person background check (processing times vary depending on the season, generally 2-6 weeks)
