Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, San Diego North 5975 Lusk Blvd San Diego, CA 92121 is seeking an energetic and detail‑oriented full‑time Room Attendant who is looking to be a part of our fun and dynamic work environment. Compensation is $20.00/hour, with benefits and potential for growth into a Supervisor role. Responsibilities Prepares bed and bath linens Cleans and straightens rooms Displays and replaces amenities and promotional materials Removes trash, soiled linen, etc., and takes to appropriate area for pick up Maintains supplies necessary to clean rooms efficiently Utilizes proper cleaning methods to prevent injury Keeps supply cart stocked Laundry, pressing and folding, towels, linen, etc. Reports deficiencies in guest rooms and on guest floors to the housekeeping/engineering management team Ensures cleanliness of guest room hallways, elevators, public areas and service corridors in accordance with hotel standards Inventory and maintains the cleanliness of the linen closets Projects an image of professionalism, friendliness and willingness to provide personalized service to our guests Sets, stocks, and maintains guestrooms and spaces in line with brand standards Adheres to the hotel’s lost and found policies and procedures Requirements Must be eligible to work in the US and possess all necessary documents listed on I‑9 and verified through eVerify. Ideal candidate will have experience working in a hotel environment that provides a superior level of guest service and professionalism. Ability to work quickly while maintaining a close attention to detail. Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with department managers, team members, and guests. Must possess a strong team spirit. Maintains high energy for long periods of time. Physical Demands Perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to lift, pull, push up to 70 pounds on an ongoing basis. Must be able to squat, bend, kneel and twist on an ongoing basis. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
