What Your Job Duties Will Include: Manage inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with needs like payments, scheduling, selling pest control and conflict resolution. Document customer accounts and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly. Handle additional tasks and projects as needed to support the team. Collaborate with internal teams, including administrative associates, sales, service professionals, and management to ensure top-tier customer service.
