????????????????????: 3+ years agency/staffing recruiting experience required

????????????????: Accounting & Finance

???????????????????? & ?????????????? recruiting experience is strongly preferred. Experience recruiting within ???????????????????????? ???????????????? is also highly valued.

As an ?????????????????? ??????????????????, you'll manage the ???????? ???????? ?????????? ???? ????????????-???????? ???????????????????? while developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Recruit mid- to senior-level professionals across Accounting & Finance and related disciplines

Source, interview, assess, and present top-tier candidates

Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs

Manage searches from initial intake through successful placement

Build and strengthen long-term client and candidate relationships

Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business

3+ ?????????? of recruiting experience in an agency, staffing, or search firm environment

Accounting & Finance recruiting experience preferred

Professional services recruiting experience highly valued

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

High sense of urgency and strong follow-through

Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing client needs

Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven

Comfortable working in a hybrid environment

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
