• Patient Population: Adults Age 18+

• Provide Vascular Surgery Call Coverage
• Provide Coverage Across Two Hospitals
• Evaluate and Manage Inpatient Vascular Surgery Patients
• Respond to Call Back as Needed
• Perform Required Vascular Surgery Procedures

• Vascular Surgery

• APP Available for First Assist
• Coverage Across Two Hospital Locations
• Hospitals Approximately 25 Minutes Apart
• Epic EMR

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Vascular Surgery - Required
• Pennsylvania Medical License - Required
• Candidates Requiring Licensure May Be Considered
• DEA Registration - Required

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 Days
• Temporary Privileges May Be Available With a Clean File
