Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $761.79

What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced practice support for urgent cardiothoracic surgeries, including vein harvesting procedures.
• Support staff during 24-hour call shifts, ensuring seamless post-operative care.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs within ICU and surgical units.
• Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Manage patient rounds, assist with procedures, and coordinate post-surgical care plans.
• Document patient information accurately using the EPIC EMR system.
• Support patient care from ICU to discharge, ensuring smooth transitions.

What You Need

• Valid Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• DEA certification
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in cardiothoracic or critical care nursing
• Strong clinical skills in urgent surgery support and ICU management
• Ability to work a 24-hour shift and handle high-acuity patients
