We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced AR Specialist to join our team in the engineering industry. This role requires an individual with a background in accounts receivable, client management, payment processing, and invoicing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process, from invoicing to collections, and will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the accounts receivable process including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any payment issues.
• Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure accurate billing of projects.
• Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable status to internal stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the accounts receivable process to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Work closely with the finance team to assist in financial planning and forecasting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, ideally within the engineering or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of billing and financial concepts.
• Excellent client management skills, with a proven track record of resolving payment issues and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Proficient in payment processing and invoicing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
