Sales & Marketing Manager

Position Summary: Function as the key revenue generator through partnering with the Community Executive Director, V.P. of Sales & Marketing and Sales & Marketing Director to maintain and/or improve upon the occupancy level and revenue production of the community. Generate leads by developing and maintaining internal and external relationships with residents, families, professional referral sources, community connections and internal team members. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain resident, employee, and community information in strict confidence (with community management or other employees as necessary).Submit all required documents to Home Office in a timely manner.Partner with Executive Director, V.P. of Sales & Marketing and Sales & Marketing Director in developing and executing sales planning and strategies to maintain and/or improve occupancy levels.Develop and execute a closing strategy through needs assessment and education on community services, assisting prospective residents, their family members, and/or advisors in the decision-making process.Adhere to a prompt response benchmarks and provide appropriate information for every sales and marketing inquiry.Maintain a working knowledge of the lead management system, sales processes and forms for external and internal sales to perform job duties, track information, compile data and achieve desired community occupancy goals.Develop and maintain a working relationship with senior organizations, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, retirement communities, churches and other local community contacts that will help facility a stronger lead base.Develop and maintain referral relationships with residents, families and professional referral sources on a weekly basis.Grow the referral base by planning, coordinating and implementing quarterly prospect and/or referral source activities and events.Assist the Leadership Team with managing the marketing budget and evaluating the successful implementation of marketing funds.Ensure the accuracy of all community specific sales and marketing material.Assist with the proofing and distribution of ad material to all community advertising partners.Manage all current Brightwater branded promotional items along with making suggestions for other new and creative products to promote Brightwater to the general public, residents, families and team members.Supporting the Community Leadership Team in all aspects of their work which includes but is not limited to the creating of reports, preparing material for meetings, and scheduling of meetings and events.Partner with the Community Engagement Manager in managing all community specific website and social media information including but not limited to available suites and community information.Organize, manage and execute all move-in processes.
