About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to play a pivotal role in the strategic guidance, revenue growth, and brand positioning of its expanding and innovative brand. This senior leadership position is focused on building and scaling a marketing and eCommerce team of experts to drive the tactical work forward. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the budgeting and P&L for the department, maintaining a deep understanding of KPIs, and working with the team to bring the brand strategy roadmap to life. The role involves a blend of DTC and B2B channel marketing, and the VP will be expected to represent the brand as a thought leader and product expert with various stakeholders. To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of integrated marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. CPG experience is essential, with a strong preference for those with a background in wellness, beauty, or similar products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both DTC and B2B channel marketing, be adept at managing a team, and have a deep understanding of marketing and eCommerce technology. The role requires a strategic marketing leader with a passion for CPG, who is capable of driving business growth and is comfortable working at the executive level with internal and external partners.
