Multifamily Construction Project Manager

Multifamily Construction Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing garden-style and podium-style multifamily developments . Responsibilities: Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Manage budgets, contracts, change orders, procurement, and project schedules. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders. Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change management. Identify risks and proactively resolve project issues. Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project turnover. Qualifications: 5+ years of multifamily construction experience. Proven experience with ground-up garden-style and/or podium multifamily projects . Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and financial management. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
