CNC Machine Operator

Pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour

What You'll Do

As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll work with our CNC Department Supervisor and production team to manufacture high-quality metal components using a variety of CNC equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Set up and operate CNC machinery to cut and machine aluminum, steel, and other metals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Select appropriate materials, tooling, and machine settings for each job.
• Monitor production and inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Make machine adjustments and input offsets as needed.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and keep production running efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Cross-train on additional equipment and support other production areas as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is reliable, mechanically inclined, and eager to contribute to a successful team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating CNC equipment or working in a machining environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes.

Experience with CNC routers, waterjets, press brakes, or vertical machining centers (VMCs) is a plus!
