Job Details

• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to provide holistic and comprehensive patient care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Offer guidance to patients and caregivers about therapy strategies to ensure ongoing improvement at home.
• Track and Refine Treatment Outcomes: Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly, ensuring optimal patient trajectories.

Qualifications

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized educational institution
• Continuing education or advanced certifications are both encouraged and supported within the role

Licensures

• Current active licensing as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
• Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory
