Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current and active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license for North Carolina
• Previous school-based experience preferred; experience with K-12 populations a plus
• Solid communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to travel between multiple school locations as needed
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability in dynamic educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Assess and support students’ fine motor, gross motor, sensory integration, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services, documenting progress and adapting as necessary
• Participate in team meetings, assessments, and ongoing professional development
