Exciting Opportunity in the Lumberton, NC area: Pediatric Occupational Therapist - OT

We're currently seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist ($70,000-$85,000 salary depending on experience) in the Lumberton, NC area. Qualifications:

• Must hold appropriate Degree in Occupational Therapy
• North Carolina State license in Occupational Therapy
• At least 1 year of experience required with some pediatric experience - fieldwork will count as experience

Compensation

• OTR: $70,000-$85,000 annually based on experience OR equates to ($33.65 - $40.87 per hour)
  
  
• COTA: Pay per visit model $10/unit

Position Details:

• Clinic hours are typically 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday-Thursday, can be flex
• Traditional 5 day schedule, four 10 hours days or customized to meet your family needs
• This position is a combination of patient care at the outpatient clinic, as well as in private and public elementary school settings - approximately a 50/50 mix.
• Caseload consists of a variety of disorders, mild to severe.
• Kids range in age from birth to about middle school age
• Will supervise COTAs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess children's motor, sensory, and functional abilities to identify areas of need and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions, helping them achieve developmental goals.
• Work closely with families and other specialists to create a supportive environment tailored to child's unique needs
