Fractional VP Product / CPO - Product Capability & Leadership Partner


We are seeking an experienced Product Executive (VP Product / Chief Product Officer level) to partner with the organization on a fractional or contract basis to strengthen product leadership, elevate product management capability, and embed modern product practices across the business.


The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of leading product organizations, developing product leaders, and driving product transformation. Drawing on experience gained across multiple organizations, they will provide executive coaching, leadership mentoring, practical frameworks, and hands-on guidance to help mature our product operating model and accelerate the development of Product Leaders, Product Managers, and Product Owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current product capability, operating model, and development needs.
• Advise senior stakeholders on product strategy, governance, and operating model maturity.
• Coach and mentor Product Leaders, Product Managers, and Product Owners.
• Strengthen capability across Product Strategy, Discovery, Metrics, Operating Model, and Leadership.
• Introduce practical frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be embedded across the organization.

Experience Required

• Former VP Product, CPO, or senior Product Executive with experience leading product organizations.
• Proven track record of developing high-performing product leaders and teams
• Experience implementing modern product operating models and driving product transformation.
• Deep expertise in product strategy, discovery, prioritization, OKRs, and outcome-based product management.
• Strong executive coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
