Machine Operator

About Us:

Integument Technologies (integument.com) is a very small company that manufactures surface protection films and coatings in a tape-like form.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate roll-to-roll lamination equipment to produce tape-like coatings, cut and slit film to fill, package, and ship customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate roll-to-roll lamination equipment to manufacture tape-like coatings

· Ensure high-quality output by following established processes and quality standards

· Fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner

· Shipping, receiving, inventory control

· Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed

· Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

· Other unrelated activities as needed

Requirements:

· Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery

· Ability to perform basic math and unit conversions

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

· Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks

· Reliability, integrity, honesty

Preferred Qualifications:

· Proficient with roll-to-roll lamination or web handling processes

· Beginner (minimum) experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Word

Citizenship:

Must be able to work legally in the US: US citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual
