HireNow Package Annual Base Salary

• Minimum: $95,000
• Midpoint: $105,000 , associated with 10 years of experience
• Maximum: $112,000 , associated with 15+ years of experience

Role Overview Anticipated areas of responsibility include:

• Supporting daily surgical services operations and nursing team performance.
• Coordinating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing staff, and other departments.
• Supporting staffing, workflow, and efficient use of department resources.
• Promoting patient safety and adherence to hospital policies.
• Coaching staff and supporting professional development.
• Participating in quality improvement and resolution of operational concerns.

• 10 years of experience
• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license or an applicable multistate compact RN license authorizing practice in Florida
• No current or previous disciplinary action against any nursing license
• Availability for a full-time day position in Fort Walton Beach
