However, you will also have access to our supportive outpatient office in Denison whenever needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand each client's substance abuse history and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Create individualized treatment plans that integrate therapeutic interventions to address both addiction and underlying mental health issues.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Work in close collaboration with a team of professionals to ensure that all aspects of each client’s care are well-coordinated and effective.

• Provide education and support to clients' family members, promoting their involvement in the recovery process to enhance overall treatment efficacy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with the regulations and standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults struggling with substance use disorders, many of whom may also be facing additional mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, or trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Texas.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices related to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
