The Operations Coordinator supports the COO in the day to day management of a private family investment office. This role is designed to provide operational continuity and redundancy across a wide range of responsibilities including financial administration, property oversight, travel logistics, vendor coordination and risk management. This position will work closely with the COO to ensure that all operational matters across the family's assets and activities are managed proactively and efficiently. This role is ideal for a proactive person who enjoys solving problems, managing details, and ensuring that complex operations run smoothly...
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
3to 5 years experience in a professional office environment.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Self started with the ability to work independently..
High level of discretion and professionalism.
$24 - $28 per hour
