Receptionist

OverviewResponsible for operating a multi-line phone system answering inbound phone calls. Routes callers to the correct department or individual. Candidate will check in all visitors following OneBlood guidelines while also greeting all staff coming and leaving the building. Upon arrival candidate will log into live chat and assist donors with questions throughout the day.Hours for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.ResponsibilitiesThe list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the duties and responsibilities performed within this classification.
