Employee Benefits (ERISA) Associate Attorney - Kansas City Job Category: Attorney Requisition Number: EMPLO002396 Posted: May 18, 2026 Full-Time Hybrid Locations Stinson LLP is seeking an experienced associate attorney with three or more years of experience in Employee Benefits (ERISA) to join our Kansas City office. Qualifications The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills: Excellent research, writing, analytical skills, and academics; Three or more years of employee benefits and executive compensation experience in a law firm, a consulting firm, or as in-house counsel; A background in qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, ESOPS, health and welfare plans, deferred compensation plans, and related ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and IRC Section 409A experience. The position offers substantial opportunities to work with the firm's employment, corporate finance, financial institutions, and general business practice groups. The role requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to manage a challenging workload.
