Nationally recognized industry leaders in the legal default servicing space.What We NeedAttorney in our Westmont, NJ office with 2-3 years of Foreclosure litigation experience. Diverse/ minority candidates encouraged to apply. Juris Doctorate and member in good standing of the PA and NJ Bar. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Managing and prioritizing a large caseload.Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Attending hearings and status conferences. Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members.
