Part Time Billing Assistant

Requirements
- 1 year of experience
- Knowledgable in the use of QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive data entry
- Able to handle a high volume of invoices
Job Duties
- Enter invoice and project information into QuickBooks
- Process a high volume of invoices (150+ per day)
- Review company credit card receipts and verify purchases
- Identify and report questionable transactions
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Complete additional administrative duties as assigned
