TMS Technician & Spravato Support / Practice Coordinator — $25/hour | As-Needed, Monday–Friday

Flatiron, Manhattan, New York · On-site

We are a growing psychiatric practice seeking a dependable person to support TMS treatment, learn Spravato treatment workflows, and assist with practice coordination.

There are currently no guaranteed weekly hours. Shifts will be scheduled around patient demand and mutually agreed availability. Hours may increase over the next several months as the practice grows.

Responsibilities include assisting the clinical team with treatment visits, coordinating appointments, communicating with patients, and supporting day-to-day practice administration. Clinical duties will depend on the individual’s qualifications and training and will be performed under appropriate supervision.

We are looking for someone who follows procedures carefully, communicates promptly, and reliably covers agreed shifts. Interest in psychiatric care, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential.
