We’re seeking several Voter Assistants / Clerks to work with us and our community throughout Pinellas County. This is an excellent opportunity for you to support our community and represent our government! Sound good? Take a closer look below and apply immediately.
Pay rate: $14.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, hours of business are 7am to 7pm.
Flexible schedule with opportunities for overtime during peak voting periods
Term: Temporary Assignment

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet the public and professionally, answer questions, provide direction, and help guide them through the process of submitting their documentation
- Secure documentation in officially authorized containers and accurately document all collected paperwork
- Maintain and adhere to strict chain of custody procedures at all times
- Follow all state and local laws, rules, and standard operating procedures
- Immediately report any irregularities, security concerns, or compliance issues to a supervisor
- Provide courteous, neutral, and professional assistance to the public

- Basic computer skills
- An outgoing and professional attitude
- Your own vehicle, valid drivers license and insurance
- Be able to attend paid training

- Ability to pass background screenings.
