Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Machinist for a local fabrication company!

If you have machining experience, enjoy working with precision equipment, and take pride in producing quality parts, this could be a great opportunity to put your skills to work with an established manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate machining equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
Load and unload materials and parts
Make machine adjustments as needed
Monitor equipment during production
Identify and troubleshoot basic machining issues
Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance
Maintain accurate production and quality standards
Follow all company safety procedures
Keep the work area clean and organized

Skills Required

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Comfortable using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers
Strong mechanical aptitude
Good math and measurement skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
Strong problem-solving skills
Dependable attendance and work ethic

Experience

Previous machining, CNC, fabrication, or manufacturing experience is preferred. Candidates with strong mechanical skills and related hands-on experience are also encouraged to apply.
