Recruiter IIIOur client, a Global Power Technology Leader company, is looking for a Recruiter III for their Columbus, IN/ Remote location.Responsibilities:Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisorUsing computer database, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls.Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skillsPrepare and maintain employment recordsContact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selectionInform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizationsSupporting pipeline management and the conversion to offer process.Requirements:Must have great organizational skills and most importantly is recruitment experience in either agency and/or inhouseTypically has a Bachelors degree, or equivalent training, and experience in recruiting or sales.Bachelors degree in human resources or equivalent training required 2-4 years customer service related experience requiredVerbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills(Required) Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time(Required) Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work related activities (Required) Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection and training(Typically required) Basic knowledge business and management principles involved in strategic planning(Typically required) Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and ExcelWhy Should You Apply?Health BenefitsReferral ProgramExcellent growth and advancement opportunities
