Key Responsibilities

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and constructive group therapy sessions, enabling clients to share their experiences, learn from each other, and foster community support.
• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy focused on understanding clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while developing effective coping strategies tailored to their specific needs.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that incorporate their goals and address issues related to mental health and mood disorders.
• Progress Tracking: Utilize various assessment tools and methods to monitor client progress, ensuring treatment plans remain aligned with their evolving needs.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to coordinate care and consult on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Qualifications

• Licensure: A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of experience in mental health treatment, particularly with clients dealing with mood disorders in either residential or outpatient settings.
• Experience with telehealth modalities is advantageous, as well as familiarity with evidence-based therapies.
