Whether you're an experienced insurance professional or looking to continue growing your career within a supportive agency environment, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Exceptional Client ServiceServe as a trusted point of contact for assigned personal lines clients.Respond to client questions regarding coverage, billing, policy changes, and service requests.Assist clients through policy updates, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and other account activities.Support clients during the claims process by providing guidance and follow-up assistance.Manage Renewals and Coverage ReviewsPrepare and manage policy renewals to ensure a seamless client experience.Review policies for accuracy and communicate coverage updates clearly and professionally.Identify opportunities to improve coverage and strengthen client retention.Help clients make informed decisions about their insurance program.Support Agency GrowthPartner with the Personal Lines Sales Team to support new business opportunities.Manage new business opportunities from initial contact through policy binding.Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through additional coverage solutions.Contribute to agency retention, growth, and service goals.Collaborate and Build Strong PartnershipsWork closely with insurance carriers and underwriters to obtain policy information, endorsements, and coverage solutions.Partner with teammates to deliver exceptional service and support agency objectives.Assist with complex client situations and collaborate on solutions that best serve our clients.Skills & ExperienceRequired QualificationsMust hold a current North Carolina Property & Casualty Insurance LicenseStrong understanding of personal insurance products, policy forms, endorsements, and coverage options.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with agency management systems and standard business technology.Preferred QualificationsExperience working within an independent insurance agency.Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems.BenefitsCompetitive compensationPaid License renewal and continuing educationComprehensive benefits package including:Medical, Dental, VisionFSA/HSA & Life Insurance401(k) with company benefitsCompetitive PTO including vacation and sick time, and company holidaysWellness program and employee support resources Leavitt Group
