Territory Manager

Territory Manager Position Summary Sell and market company products and services to existing and new accounts. Promote company products through personal visits, e‑mail, telephone, and trade shows. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. This position would be responsible for growing regional sales by working with implement dealers, coops, fertilizer dealers, farmers, and other businesses to promote and sell our products. This position will cover the Kentucky and Tennessee Area. Territory Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain relationships with existing customers and secure new customers Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, uses, and quotes. Recommend products to customers based on customers’ needs and interests. Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. Communicate quoted prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. Consult with clients after‑sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support. Ability to travel up to 80% of the time. Provide customers with product catalogs. Perform other duties as assigned Territory Manager Education and/or Experience Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred 5+ Years of Outside Agriculture Sales Experience Background in Agriculture Fertilizer/Chemical Experience Territory Manager Other Skills and Abilities Time Management Self‑Motivated Sense of Urgency Personable Well Organized Compensation and Benefits Base pay plus commission.
