You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, provide actionable recommendations, and support continuous process improvement. You will use your analytical skills to break down complex business problems and drive meaningful, actionable improvements. This is a hands-on position in a fast-growing, dynamic environment and the ability to make a meaningful impact. This role reports to the Director, Internal Audit.What we doThe Internal Audit team is a part of the Symbotic Finance team. They bring a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Symbotic’s risk management, internal controls, and governance processes supporting such controls.What you'll doPerform audits over project execution and monitoring functions for large capital projects, supply chain and inventory managementAnalyze data sets, identify insights, and develop dashboards or presentations using analytics toolsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams during fieldwork and develop recommendations for compliance, cost control and improvements in operational efficiencyPrepare clear audit reports, presentations, and recommendations for managementCollaborate with stakeholders and work cross functionally within the organization.What you'll needBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in capital projects, supply chain, or inventory managementExperience with ERP or project systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Procore) preferred.Professional certifications e.g. Lean Six Sigma, ISO or PMP a plus.Excellent analytical, communication, and report‑writing skills.Remote/Hybrid OpportunityOur EnvironmentUp to 30% of travel may be required.
