Certified Medical Assistant

Plumped is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing team. We are an upscale luxury medspa looking for someone who not only has strong clinical experience, but also understands the importance of delivering an elevated patient experience that aligns with our brand. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in being a long-term Medical Assistant, is passionate about aesthetics and wellness, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, polished, and committed to excellence in both patient care and teamwork. Responsibilities: Assist providers with treatments, procedures, and patient care Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all supplies and equipment are stocked and organized Escort patients through their visit while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and professional experience Take patient histories, document information accurately, and update medical records Support pre- and post-treatment patient care instructions Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the medspa at the highest standard Follow all safety, compliance, and clinical protocols Collaborate closely with providers and team members to ensure daily operations Qualifications: Previous experience and certifications for a Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant required Strong interest in aesthetics, skincare, and the medspa industry Seeking a long-term position as a medical assistant Professional, polished, and aligned with a luxury brand environment Hardworking, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support others Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Willing and able to work at both our Waxhaw and Uptown locations What We’re Looking For: At Plumped, we value team members who are dedicated, driven, and genuinely excited to grow within the aesthetics industry.
