Flow Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Technician to join our team. As a Medical Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering patient care through the administration of EECP Therapy. Our Mission Significantly affect the life of every patient, every day. Ensure patients are comfortably prepared for treatment sessions, including explaining procedures, addressing concerns or questions, and assisting with any necessary preparations. Skillfully administer EECP Therapy sessions according to established protocols and guidelines. Assist the Clinic Director with patient examinations. Accurately enter patient information into the EHR system or other medical databases. Other job duties, as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient in managing administrative tasks within a medical office setting, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Skilled in providing direct patient care, including preparing patients for treatment, taking vital signs, assisting with medical procedures, and providing patient education. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated compassion and empathy toward patients. Ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing priorities. Eager to expand knowledge and skills through ongoing learning and professional development. Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Current Medical Assistant Certification, required. Current BLS Certification, required. Proficiency in medical terminology and basic medical procedures. 1 to 3 years of medical experience. Pay: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, paid biweekly.
