Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Huntington Park, California, United States Job Description We are currently seeking a Orthodontics Treatment Coordinator to establish a parent/patient relationship for proper communication regarding recommended treatment plans. This position will report to the Operations Manager. This position will be at-will, meaning either the employer or the employee may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice. Pay range: $21-$28/hr Job Responsibilities Facilitate financial discussions with delinquent accounts Assist with phone calls and patient check-out Understand, monitor, and ensure the smooth implementation of office processes, including but not limited to scheduling, patient flow, and insurance verification Ensure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc. Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children Job Qualifications Previous experience in a dental practice a plus Ability to multi-task and complete tasks correctly and on time Knowledge of various insurance plans, manuals, exclusions, and limitations Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor Preferred knowledge of Dolphin Database, eCW, Google Docs, scanning functions, and Office, Word, and Excel In addition to the job description, you will be asked to perform other duties that support the business and our mission.
