Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead team members, and drive business growth for our Brooklyn location. You will work closely with the General Manager to maintain operational excellence, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and manage labor and inventory targets.Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Manage daily floor operations, scheduling, shift execution, and inventory control.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate front-line and supervisory staff.

• Financials: Assist with P&L management, labor cost control, and meeting weekly revenue goals.

• Guest Experience: Resolve customer issues quickly and maintain high quality and service standards.

• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and local NYC labor regulations.

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail, or venue operations.

• Strong operational knowledge of labor tracking, inventory management, and POS systems.

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

• NYC Food Protection Certificate or local equivalent IS A MUST HAVE.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
