Together, we're improving health and improving lives.Labcorp is seeking a recent or upcoming grad for a Research Technician position to join our Dose Formulation team in Madison, WI!Work Schedule: 1st shift: 7:30am – 4:15pmJob Responsibilities:Preparing lab reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules per study protocolsRecording data accurately in both digital and written formatsLearning formulation verification, sample disposition, and safe handling proceduresCollaborating with scientists and technicians to ensure study integrityMaintaining a clean, safe, and GLP-compliant lab environmentDeveloping skills in study setup, data organization, and client communicationMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, MicrobiologyAdditional Job Standards:A strong attention to detail and eagerness to learnA passion for science and a desire to contribute to life-changing researchFlexibility to work overtime as neededAbility to work one weekend per monthAbout the Team:Dose Formulation- In this chemistry-focused role you will be working with pharmaceutical products in a lab, you'll prepare vehicles, diets, solutions and capsules with test material according to study protocols and SOPs.Pay Rate: $23/hr.This is a future hire position with a future start date. The ideal candidate would be available to start in May 2027 through October 2027.
