Research Technician - Dose Formulations - 1st Shift (Early Talent)

$23 per hour

Labcorp seeks a recent or upcoming graduate for a Research Technician role in the Dose Formulation group in Madison, Wisconsin. The position involves preparing lab materials, recording study data, and learning GLP-compliant procedures to support preclinical research on a first shift schedule.

Responsibilities

Prepare lab reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules following study protocols
Record data accurately in digital and written formats
Learn formulation verification, sample disposition, and safe handling procedures
Collaborate with scientists and technicians to maintain study integrity
Maintain clean, safe, and GLP-compliant laboratory environment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or Microbiology
Strong attention to detail and commitment to learning
Passion for science and life-changing research contributions
Flexibility for overtime and one weekend per month
Available to start between May and October 2027

Compensation: $23/hr
