The Opportunity

This is a career-defining role where you’ll own every aspect of venue operations as the general manager. What You’ll Do

Operational Excellence

• Oversee all day-to-day operations to ensure your venue runs like a finely tuned machine.
• Implement and execute operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiency, service quality, and guest delight.

Guest Experience & Customer Service

• Create and nurture a 5-star guest experience, driving positive reviews, word-of-mouth buzz, and repeat business.
• Proactively address customer feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism and flair.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations, ensuring operational efficiency during peak times, seasonal fluctuations, and special events.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular training and continual development.
• Monitor expenses and revenues, and analyze key metrics to optimize profitability.
• Oversee reporting, record keeping, and system management (including scheduling software, POS, and HR tools) to ensure smooth backend operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience & Leadership: 4+ years of management experience in restaurant industry or other customer experience led industry; with a proven track record of running high-energy, customer-centric operations.
• Operational Savvy: Strong background in operational management, leadership, staffing, and facilities maintenance.
• Passion for Guest Service: A relentless commitment to creating unforgettable experiences, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Operational Excellence: A proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to drive operational excellence and problem solving.

• Salary range: $79,000-$86,000 annually, depending on experience, plus additional monthly bonus potential. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, and more.
