Service Advisor

Overview North End Motors in Canton MA has been servicing New England customers since 1986. North End Motors is a large preowned superstore with a high volume, fast paced and robust service dept servicing 100's of retail service customers per month. We are looking for only one service advisor to join our 2 other teammembers, preferably with previous experience to help meet demand. It is important to us that the potential candidate has good character, professionalism, a positive demeanor and strong communication skills. Responsibilities Serve as the primary service advisor in a high-volume, fast-paced service department, supporting hundreds of retail service customers per month. Collaborate with two other team members to meet demand and ensure timely service delivery. Provide excellent customer service, maintain professionalism, and communicate clearly with customers and technicians. Qualifications Previous service advisor experience preferred. Good character, professionalism, a positive demeanor, and strong communication skills. Compensation and Schedule Base salary starts at $900 per week with a progressive monthly bonus program that begins at 3.25% and escalates to 5.25% based on production. A monthly CSI bonus starts at 0.75% and goes to 1.5%, which can effectively raise the total from 5.25% to 6.75%. ELR monthly bonus up to $650 and a team achievement bonus up to $500. The schedule is Mon-Thu 7:30am to 5:00pm, Off on Friday, and an abbreviated Sat schedule from 7:30am to 1:30pm.
