Intelligent Automation EngineerGenesis10 is currently seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer for a remote position with a regional financial institution located in Cleveland, OH. This is an 8+ month contract opportunity.We are seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer to support enterprise automation initiatives with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and system integrations. This role designs, builds, and integrates automation solutions using established RPA platforms while enabling advanced capabilities through Azure AI and/or Google Vertex AI where appropriate. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, automation developers, and AI platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, and well-integrated solutions.Responsibilities:Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needsProvide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systemsCommunicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfoliosEnsure compliance with standards, security, and change managementPartner with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budgetFacilitate cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issuesParticipate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectivelyPossess familiarity with cloud architectures and AI/ML service consumption patternsComply with all client policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of the client's customersRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceHands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) RPA platformExperience with process simulations/automation, solution development and/or business analysisFamiliarity with Intelligent Document Processing tools such as ABBYY or equivalent OCR/IDP technologiesUnderstanding of system integration concepts, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication, and error handlingWorking knowledge of process engineering software systemsAbility to translate business needs into scalable solutionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to troubleshoot issues by gathering, interpreting and analyzing data and recommending solutionsAnalytical thinker and problem-solverAbility to support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrentlyDesired Skills:Experience integrating with Azure AI services and/or Google Vertex AIExperience or knowledge in a banking/financial services industryPay range: $55.00 - $65.00 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
