Location: Denton, TX
Contract Length: 26 Weeks
Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week
Shifts Available: Day and Evening Shifts
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1,646

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 26-week contract assignment in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Geriatric setting in Denton, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care while supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to care.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Assist with implementing individualized care plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN license.

• Previous experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Geriatrics preferred.

• Current BLS certification.

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
