Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Multiple Shifts Available | $40–$43/hr

We are seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide direct nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including patients with medical, mental health, and behavioral health needs.

Available Shifts

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM – 3 openings

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM – 5 openings

Pay

• $40/hr

• Weekend Rate: $43/hr

• Traveler Rate: $43/hr – All Days

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and ongoing nursing interventions

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor patients for changes in physical or behavioral health

• Educate patients regarding medications and treatment plans

• Complete accurate and timely EHR documentation

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Maintain a safe, compassionate, and therapeutic care environment

• Follow infection prevention, facility, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted LVN license

• Minimum 2 years of LVN experience – Required

• Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health, or behavioral health needs preferred

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Basic computer and EHR proficiency
