Guest Experience Coordinator 

Belliard’s Salon & Spa | Cherry Hill, New Jersey

At Belliard’s, our receptionist serves as our Guest Experience Coordinator—the welcoming face and voice of our salon and spa. This position also includes light social media support to help showcase the Belliard’s experience.

For more than 30 years, Belliard’s Salon & Spa has provided a warm, professional environment where guests can relax, reconnect, and feel genuinely cared for— Where Mind and Body Become One.

We are seeking a friendly, polished, dependable, and organized professional who enjoys caring for people, is comfortable with technology, and can help create an exceptional experience from the first phone call through checkout and rebooking.

This is a front desk and administrative position. It does not include salon or spa service-provider responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience and Front Desk

• Welcome every guest warmly and create a polished, relaxing first impression.

• Answer telephone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage salon and spa appointments.

• Check guests in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate guest information.

• Educate guests about services, memberships, packages, promotions, gift cards, and home-care products.

• Support the salon and spa’s rebooking, membership, retail, and guest-retention goals.

• Help resolve guest questions or concerns with care, professionalism, and discretion.

• Communicate closely with service providers to help the day run smoothly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and retail area.

• Assist with spa parties, special events, and seasonal promotions.

• Complete general administrative and front desk tasks as assigned.

Light Social Media Support

• Capture authentic photos and short videos of the salon, spa, products, team, and guest experience—with appropriate permission.

• Help create and post approved Instagram and Facebook Stories, Reels, and other content.

• Write short, engaging captions that reflect the Belliard’s brand voice.

• Help promote seasonal specials, events, retail products, team accomplishments, and available appointments.

• Organize approved photos, videos, testimonials, and promotional materials.

• Monitor basic social media comments and messages and direct questions or concerns to management when needed.

• Stay aware of beauty, wellness, and social media trends while maintaining a polished and professional brand image.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, retail, or a salon/spa front desk.

• Is warm, confident, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

• Communicates clearly and professionally in person, by telephone, and in writing.

• Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several priorities at once.

• Remains calm and gracious in a busy guest-service environment.

• Is comfortable recommending services, memberships, promotions, and products without being pushy.

• Is comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video platforms.

• Is willing to occasionally appear in social media content.

• Has experience with Canva, Meevo, scheduling software, or content creation—a plus, but not required.

• Is dependable, punctual, and able to protect guest confidentiality.

• Is available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours
