• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

• Identify and address potential staffing shortages and ensure adequate coverage

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs

Staffing Coordinator Requirements:

• Prior experience in a nursing scheduling role or a related field
