Behavioral Health Operations Manager

OneTogether Solutions in Boulder, CO seeks a Behavioral Health Manager to turn approved strategies into executable priorities across OTS-managed programs. You will monitor quality, support clinic leaders, and ensure alignment with enterprise governance while delegating execution to the appropriate teams. You will coordinate audits, KPI reporting, and training within your competency, balancing enterprise strategy with operational execution.
