Badger State Staffing has an opportunity to join a high-performing team at a premier industrial manufacturing facility in Fond du Lac as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler. In this role, you will construct a variety of electro-mechanical fixtures, ranging in size and complexity, using basic hand tools. As you progress you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology, expand your technical expertise, and play a key role in the production of innovative products.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assemble electro-mechanical components according to schematics and blueprints
• Test and troubleshoot products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, to perform assembly and testing tasks
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with other members of the team and provide feedback on product design and assembly processes
• Document assembly and testing results and maintain accurate records of work performed
• Continuously improve product quality and assembly processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions

What you’ll bring to the table:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications and drawings
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, coupled with a problem-solving mindset
• Demonstrated work ethic work ethic with a genuine passion for continuous learning and skill development
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and thrive in a manufacturing environment
